About Us

 Burnside Recycling is a third generation operated business located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. As one of our three locations, we have been operating under the O'Connell name since 1986. Currently owned by Terry and Paula O'Connell  (and Terry's Father Brad O'Connell before them) and now operating by their son Chris O'Connell. 

We are dedicated to educating our customers and giving back to our community through our recycling programs. 

Many know us as their friendly neighborhood recycling center, but we offer so much more! That's why we call ourselves the One Stop Shop! Check out our services tab for a full list of what we offer.
